You might be surprised to hear that despite his less than sunny disposition, Hector: Fat Arse of the Law is a big fan of the festive season. Yes, Hector will be the first to tell you that there is nothing quite like stuffing a game bird on Christmas morning, or roasting your nuts over an open fire.
